World's oldest Everest Summiter flies with Mountain Helicopters Nepal

26th May 2013 - Mountain Helicopters had the honour of flying Mr. Yuichiro Miura from Japan who on 23rd May 2013 at the age of 80 became the oldest person in the world to summit Mount Everest. Capt. Kiran Pun safely flew Mr. Miura from Mt. Everest camp 2 (above 21,500 ft) to Pheriche (14,600 ft). Subsequently, Capt. Dawa J. Sherpa flew Mr. Miura from Pheriche to Kathmandu. Mountain Helicopters Pvt Ltd would like to congratulate Mr. Miura for his successful feat and we wish him luck on his future endeavours.
