Capt. Kiran Pun flew former King Gyanendra Shah from Dhangadi to Dharchula who visited the area to provide relief to the flood victims of the far western region.
 

First Macedonian woman to climb Mt. Everest


27th May 2013 - Ilina Arsova of Macedonia, 30 the first Macedonian women to summit Mt. Everest flew back to Kathmandu from Everest Base Camp with Mountain Helicopters Nepal. The flight was conducted by Capt. Kiran Pun.

 

South Korean Climber's body bought back to Kathmandu



23rd May 2013 - Korean Climber Mr. Seo Sung- Ho, 34 passed away while descending from the summit of Mt. Everest on 21st May 2013.Last year, Seo received a decoration from the government of Korea recognizing his contributions to the development of mountaineering. Among his achievements was climbing 12 of the eight-thousanders. His body was airlifted from Mt. Everest Camp 2 (21,500 ft) to Kathmandu by Capt. Kiran Pun. Our heartfelt condolences to his family.

 

Sanawar Everest Team flies with Mountain Helicopters

26th/27th May 2013 - The Sanawar Everest team which consisted of six students from Lawrence School, Sanawar aged 15 to 17 became the youngest team to summit Mt. Everest. The team was successfully picked up from Lukla by Capt. Pasang N. Sherpa and Capt. Kiran Pun on 26th and 27th May 2013 respectively.
