Booking Conditions

Age

Adults (12 years and above)	Full ticket, individual seat.
Children (2 – 11 years)	50% discount on per-seat tours. Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Counts as a passenger for weight balance.
Infants (under 2 years)	Generally not recommended due to altitude and noise. Where permitted, one must travel on the parent's lap with no separate charge but requires sign-off from MHN Operations.

Weight Limits

For aircraft safety, we operate strict weight limits:

Total passenger weight per flight: Maximum 450 kg / 992 lbs combined.
Individual passenger weight: Maximum 130 kg / 287 lbs.
Passengers over 100 kg must inform us at booking; we may need to block adjacent seats for balance.

HONESTY MATTERS

Misrepresenting weight is a serious safety issue. We reserve the right to weigh passengers at check-in. If the actual weight materially differs from the declared weight, we may need to refuse boarding without refund.

Medical Conditions

Helicopter tours involve rapid altitude gain (up to 5,545 m / 18,192 ft at Kala Patthar). Please consult your physician before booking if you have:

Heart conditions or recent cardiac events.
Severe respiratory conditions (COPD, severe asthma).
Uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Recent surgery (within 6 weeks).
Pregnancy after the second trimester.
Severe motion sickness history.
Inner ear conditions affecting balance.

We may request a medical clearance certificate for high-risk conditions. The pilot in command has discretion to refuse boarding to any passenger appearing medically unfit to fly.

We provide complimentary hotel pickup from hotels within Kathmandu's Ring Road. Pickup times are typically:

Exact pickup times are confirmed by SMS/WhatsApp 24 hours before your flight. Please be ready in the hotel lobby with your passport, comfortable clothing, sunglasses, and any required medication.
