Through our Safety Risk Management (SRM) process, we systematically identify hazards, assess the level of risk they pose, and apply appropriate measures to control or eliminate them, reducing risk to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable while upholding an Acceptable Level of Safety. Our Safety Policy provides the foundation for this hazard identification and risk management framework. It is supported by a structured hazard reporting system that allows passengers and staff to flag safety concerns involving people, equipment, aircraft, vehicles, or flight operations, helping us catch and address risks before they lead to incidents.
