Voluntary Information Report System

Voluntary Safety Reporting gives every passenger and employee a direct, confidential way to raise safety concerns before they become incidents. As part of our Safety Management System, we treat safety as a shared responsibility, one where everyone who flies with us or works with us has a voice in keeping our operations safe. Whether it's something you noticed during a flight, around our aircraft, or in our day-to-day ground operations, we want to hear about it before it has the chance to become a bigger issue. Mountain Helicopters Nepal follows a structured Safety Risk Management approach: identifying hazards, assessing the risk they pose, and taking action to reduce that risk to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable, in line with maintaining an Acceptable Level of Safety. This isn't a one-time exercise; it's an ongoing process that shapes how we train our crews, maintain our aircraft, and plan every flight we operate. We encourage anyone, passenger or staff, who notices a current or potential hazard involving our people, equipment, aircraft, vehicles, or flight operations to report it. No concern is too small, and every report is taken seriously.
